Growing up, pudding was always a part of my life. We made it on a regular basis, and it was a treat I always loved. I tried almost every flavor, but there’s one I didn’t try as a kid – and that was rice pudding.
Anyway, I got the opportunity to whip up something fun with Kozy Shack® rice pudding this month, just in time for National Rice Pudding Day yesterday. I took inspiration from the flavors in my favorite salad, it was so good – the sweet rice pudding played off the tart cranberries and I just kept coming back for more.
Basically, you need this in your life. Celebrate Rice Pudding Day a little late and whip this up – you won’t regret it. Simply take some Kozy Shack® Rice Pudding and layer it in a pretty glass with dried cranberries and a few pecans. Keep going until you get to the top, post it to Facebook or Instagram (because everyone takes photos of their food, right?), and dive in.
The best part – it’s made from real food. I love that when I buy Kozy Shack® pudding, I know it’s made from real ingredients and no junk. I’ve now tried all the flavors of pudding Kozy Shack® makes, and I’ve loved them all.
And now that I’ve written this, I’m hungry. Off to make another parfait….
